We had experienced an "after hours" problem when our A/C system wasn't cooling. Even though it was very late, we got an immediate answer and a call back from a very supportive representative who told us that the A/C Technician, Gabriel, would arrive to our house as his next service call. Our A/C technician, Gabriel, was absolutely outstanding in every way. He called to tell us he was on his way much earlier than was anticipated. He was extremely caring, professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. These characteristics are especially noteworthy since our service call was around 10:30 pm when he obviously had had a very long day. But, Gabriel remained cheerful, focused, and energetic. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed almost immediately. Because our unit is in our attic, Gabriel took photos to share with us and to explain how best to check our system. He also confirmed our regular Superior maintenance schedule. We appreciated Gabriel's attention to detail and explanations. (He would likely be an outstanding trainer.) Finally, Gabriel is an all around exceptional service provider and great representative of the Superior Services company.
Service by Derek today was fantastic. He was very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gave detailed helpful answers to my questions.
