We are seeking experienced Air Conditioning Technicians to join our Bluffton, SC location. 2 years installation and repair experience needed, valid driver’s license and must be able to work successfully on a team and with project managers.

Skilled Plumbers are needed immediately to start working on current jobs. Apprentices, Journeyman, Masters... all experienced are invited to apply. Health/Vision/Dental available, PTO, and bonuses. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience

We are looking for immediate hires. Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license. Plumber Apprentice, Journeyman, Master Plumber.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
  • Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
  • Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
  • Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
  • Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
  • Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
  • Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
  • Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients

Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid plumber's license
  • Three or more years of trade experience as a plumber or plumber's apprentice
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work

Job Description:

We are seeking a CSR (Customer Service Representative) to join our Bluffton, SC location. The ideal candidate for this position would be described as a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent computer skills, ability to multitask while providing top-level customer service care as well as informative and detailed customer service and product information and guidance. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and assisting office staff with various tasks to ensure successful day-to-day duties.

Our ideal candidate should have a go-getter personality and show the ability to stay on top of projects without continuous supervision.

The following duties may be included, but not limited, for this individual:

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule and book customer appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries on products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Assist dispatcher with HVAC technician management
  • Contact customers to collect payment for services
  • Human resources tasks and procedures
  • Run reports and provide reliable data entry in a lite bookkeeping role using Quickbooks.

Previous experience in Human Resources and lite bookkeeping is necessary. Experience in customer service, sales, HVAC or construction office is a plus.

Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
