Our A/C technician, Gabriel, was absolutely outstanding in every way. He called to tell us he was on his way much earlier than was anticipated. He was extremely caring, professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. These characteristics are especially noteworthy since our service call was around 10:30 pm when he obviously had had a very long day. But, Gabriel remained cheerful, focused, and energetic. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed almost immediately. Because our unit is in our attic, Gabriel took photos to share with us and to explain how best to check our system.
